Teresa graduated magna cum laude from Roanoke College with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Prior to joining KM Hotels in 2013, Teresa worked for several CPA firms and served as the Patel family's CPA for almost fifteen years.

Carter Marchant serves as Vice President of Operations for KM Hotels, bringing over 20 years of hotel experience to the table. His career in hospitality began with Starwood Hotels out of Atlanta, Georgia, in food and beverage and sales.

Rebecca Taylor is a Richmond native and Virginia Commonwealth University alumna with degrees in Mass Communications and General Business. Her hospitality journey started as Group Sales and Promotions Coordinator for Kings Dominion Amusement Park.
